If you thought seeing Doja Cat in Dave Season 2 was insane, wait until you see Season 3. At the Television Critics Association’s 2023 winter tour, series co-creator Dave Burd announced the guest star lineup for this upcoming season. Prepare for cameos from Usher, Demi Lovato, and Megan Fox.

In addition to those three big names, Rick Ross, Don Cheadle, Machine Gun Kelly, Killer Mike, and Travis Barker are also set to guest star in this season. But wait; there’s more. Burd teased that the rest of the cameos this season, which have yet to be announced, will blow fans minds.

Big names have always been part of Dave‘s DNA, thanks in part to the reputation of its co-creator and star. Dave is inspired by Burd’s real-life musical career as Lil Dicky. The series was also co-created by Jeff Schaffer, Greg Mottola, and Kevin Hart. It started as an underdog story about one arguably delusional musician who’s convince that he’s the best rapper in the world. Though Season 1 explored Dave’s (Burd) rise through the industry, Season 2 was more about Dave truly finding Lil Dicky’s voice, the people he hurt along the way, and his eventual ego death.

As opposed to the conflict-heavy last season, Season 3 will be more about bringing the team back together as Dave, GaTa (GaTa), Mike (Andrew Santino), Elz (Travis Bennett), Emma (Christine Ko), and the rest of the crew go on the road. According to a press release from FX, “Dave is headlining his first-ever tour, and looking for love along the way. But as he and the gang crisscross America, they discover firsthand how diverse the cultural landscape of the United States really is – and how often fame puts pressure on love and friendship.”

The first two episodes of Season 3 are set to premiere on FXX Wednesday, April 5 at FXX at 10/9c p.m. They will then be available to stream the next day on Hulu. New episodes are expected to premiere on FXX on Wednesdays before going to Hulu on Thursdays. Dave will be available on Star+ in Latin America and Disney+ under the Star banner in all other territories internationally.
