Another Children of the Corn remake is coming your way. Directed by Kurt Wimmer, this horror thriller is set to follow a possessed 12-year-old girl as she encourages the children in her town to take control and kill all adults and anyone else who stands in their way.

Based on the short story by iconic horror novelist Stephen King, Children of the Corn (2023) is the third remake of the original 1984 movie, which spawned eight sequels.

Luckily, we won’t be waiting long for Children of the Corn to come to digital as it’s set to join VOD and digital platforms on March 21 — just 18 days after its theatrical release. Plus, the movie should eventually make its way to Shudder — the streaming service primarily focused on horror and thriller flicks — since it’s being distributed by Shudder itself. However, they have yet to announce a streaming release date.

No, Children of the Corn will not be on HBO Max since it’s not a Warner Bros. movie. While the company previously released its movies on HBO Max and in theaters on the same day, they have since stopped and have implemented a 45-day window between the theatrical release and streaming release.
